They are selected for the skillset and personalities that are generally recommended by thought leaders in the Red Teaming industry, but we select a suitable team for every assignment with particular consideration of the requirements of each particular assignment.

The membes of the Antagoniq Network are bound by confidentiality with regards to all client matters and decide for themselves if they want top share their afiliation with the general public.

Selection criteria

A good Red Teamer has some of the properties of a critical thinker, as defined in The Applied Critical Thinking Handbook:

  • They are open-minded
  • They adopt a skeptical state of mind
  • They gather, assess, and interpret relevant information
  • They question [their] own assumptions
  • They consider points of view, the quality of information, interpretation and inference, assumptions, and implications and consequences

According to the Red Team Journal, the superior Red Teamer is:

  • A systems thinker
  • Self-assured
  • Shrewd
  • Discerning
  • Broadminded
  • Persistent
